Use name, *CURLIB, list name (*LIBL, ...), or generic name.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value you typed in the library name field is not valid. You may have typed the name incorrectly, or tried to use a special name other than one of those shown in the message or supported as an additional library list name.
Recovery . . . : If you made an error while typing the name, type it correctly. Or you can position the cursor at the Library prompt and press F4 to choose from a list of libraries. You can specify *CURLIB, a library list value, or a generic name. Library list values are *LIBL, *USRLIBL, *ALL, and *ALLUSR. A generic name starts with a string of characters and ends with *, such as ABC* or "abc*".
