Edit word does not match field length.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The number of digit positions in the edit word does not match the output length of the numeric field. Digit positions are represented by blanks and the first asterisk or zero. If the first character in the edit word is a zero or asterisk, the number of digits in the numeric field must match the number of blanks or the number of blanks plus one. Otherwise, the number of digits in the numeric field must match the number of blanks plus one for the first zero or asterisk in the edit word. The field will be edited using the J edit code when the query is run.
Recovery . . . : Either change the output length for the field on the Specify Report Column Formatting display to match the number of digits in the edit word, or change the edit word in the Edit word prompt on the Specify Edit Word display to match the output length of the numeric field.
