Ignore character substitution warnings value must be Y or N.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Ignore character substitution warnings prompt must contain a Y or N.
Recovery . . . :
Type a Y if you want Query to ignore character substitution warnings either when converting data from one coded character set identifier (CCSID) to another, or when converting an alternative collating sequence from one CCSID to another. No warning messages will be issued.
Type an N if you do not want Query to ignore character substitution warnings either when converting data from one CCSID to another or when converting an alternative collating sequence from one CCSID to another. If character substitution occurs during a conversion, an error will be issued.
