Cannot find or access file &3 in library &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : This library name is a group name; it is either a generic name (in the form of ABC*) or a library list value. This file does not exist in any libraries in the group, or the file or its library is damaged or already in use. Or the file name is a generic name and no file you are authorized to use in the library or group has a name that starts with the specified characters.
Recovery . . . : If no list of files is shown, you can press F4 to get a list. To list the files that are in the specified library, position the cursor to the File prompt and press F4. To list the files that are in another library (or library list), type a different library name in the Library prompt, position the cursor to the File prompt and press F4. If you want to see a list of libraries only, position the cursor to the Library prompt and press F4.
