Error occurred on line &4 of form &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A value was specified on an H record that caused an error on line &4 of form &3, file &2, in library &1 during the processing of an IMPORT command.
One of the following fields was in error:
1. The record type is not "H".
2. The product identifier is not "QM4", "QRW", or "QMF".
3. The object type field is not "F" for Form.
4. The format field is not "E" for Encoded format.
Recovery . . . : Ensure that the fields in the H record are separated by exactly one delimeter character and that a legitimate value is given for each field, and then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The IMPORT command fails.
