Query source cannot be processed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The query source is in CCSID &1 and cannot be processed. Query Management was unable to convert the internal control information into Coded Character Set Identifier (CCSID) &1. The correct internal control information is needed so that the query source will be interpreted correctly.
Recovery . . . : Create a source physical file with a CCSID into which CCSID 37 can be converted. Then copy the query source to that source physical file and try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The character values which query management uses when interpreting the query source are converted from CCSID 37 into the CCSID of the file of the query source. Query Management will fail when these character values cannot be converted which avoids misinterpreting the query source.
