Cause . . . . . : The Query for iSeries query definition analyzed contains overrides to wrap (not truncate) line overflow and to use preferred wrapping options when the report is printed or displayed. Query management does not support line wrapping, but does produce parallel printed reports when the printer width is narrower than the report width.
Recovery . . . : If parallel printed reports are a suitable substitute for the effect intended by the wrapping options, use the STRQMQRY command with information derived from this definition to see what happens when the report is printed. If columns are split across print pages or if column headings seem unsuitable for unwrapped data, use the WRKQRY command to make appropriate changes in space before values and column heading text in the Query for iSeries query definition.
If you want to avoid parallel report production, use the WRKQRY command to change the Query for iSeries query definition to get the report to fit within the form width. Select only the most important fields or condense column headings, for example.
