Count will include null values.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Each count summary function selection in the Query for iSeries query definition analyzed will be converted as a count of records instead of a count of non-null field values.
Recovery . . . : If counting only non-null values is more important than omitting detail records, use the WRKQRY command to change the query definition in one of the following ways:
- Select detail output.
- Select a result field as a break field.
- Define multiple break levels.
- Do not suppress summaries for break level 0.
