Query management has internal errors.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Query management failed to free all used resources before statement completion. An internal error exists in the query management function. The resource which was not freed was resource number &1 for query management instance &2. The query management routine which failed is: &3.
Recovery . . . : Use the RCLACTGRP ACTGRP(QQXCPIENV) reclaim the query management activation group command. Try your request again. If this message continues to be logged, contact your IBM service representative.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Not all query management resources were freed before the query management statement completed. This message should not be seen unless query management has an internal error. Unexpected results might occur when you attempt to sign off, because the query management code will attempt to free these resources at that time. To avoid unexpected results, enter the RCLACTGRP ACTGRP(QQXCPIENV) command prior to sign off, to bypass query management job end processing.
