Your data is processed for the purpose of establishing an employment relationship (in accordance with Art. 88 GDPR and § 26 BDSG). We process personal data that you have provided with your application; this includes personal and contact information, application documents and notes taken in the course of job interviews (if applicable). Due to the organizational structure of the consolut group, your application will be processed by the Human Resources department of Your personal information will be processed exclusively within the consolut group; this may include processing by service providers who are under contract and therefore legally obliged to comply with the applicable data privacy regulations. Where data is processed by consolut international ag, such processing also complies with GDPR rules. Switzerland is a safe third country within the meaning of § 4b BDSG. This means that by EU standards, Switzerland offers an appropriate degree of protection for the transmission of personal data from the European Union to Switzerland. Your information will not be passed on to consolut international LLC (USA).

If your application is unsuccessful, your information will be deleted after twelve months.
