- You are the central point of contact for our existing customers and take care of their concerns to ensure a long-term and trusting relationship.
- Through regular communication, you will build a close and sustainable customer relationship in order to understand their needs and provide them with expert advice.
- You are active in acquiring new customers and support the team in the area of digital selling to further expand the business.
- You will be responsible for creating and coordinating offer presentations and contracts, ensuring clear and professional communication with all parties involved.
- You will be responsible for preparing and conducting contract negotiations and ensuring that they are successfully concluded.
- You will represent the company at trade fairs and events, where you will represent consolut and make valuable contacts to strengthen our market presence.
To master this challenge, you need to bring:
- You have several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field, with a particular focus on supporting medium-sized customers.
- You have in-depth knowledge of the entire SAP product portfolio and can use this in a targeted manner to develop optimal solutions for our customers.
- You have strong communication skills that enable you to convey complex content clearly and comprehensibly and to interact with interlocutors in different functions depending on the situation.
- You are characterized by a strong customer focus.
- You recognize the needs of our customers and offer solutions to build long-term relationships.
