Your impact with us
- Together with the IT team, you will keep the system running reliably for over 300 employees.
- You will be the first point of contact for IT inquiries and problems and will provide 1st and 2nd level support.
- You will confidently take on the administration of our server landscape—from Windows and Linux servers to Active Directory, Hyper-V, and Microsoft 365.
- Thanks to you, our network infrastructure (FortiGate, Cisco, Ubiquiti) will remain stable and performant.
- You will continuously develop our Windows 11 client environment and the applications used.
- Installing and configuring servers, printers, computers, smartphones, and routers will also be part of your daily routine.
- You will independently organize, monitor, and document current IT projects, incidents, and change requests.
- In addition, you will actively help shape IT security guidelines in accordance with ISO 27001 and ensure their implementation and compliance.
What makes you the perfect fit
- You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or hold a comparable qualification.
- At least three years of professional experience in a similar field are part of your background.
- You bring extensive knowledge of servers and networks.
- Experience in administering Microsoft 365 for Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, and similar products is required.
- A comprehensive understanding of IT systems, networks, and operating systems enables you to analyze them confidently.
- Configuring hardware and software components is something you handle with ease.
- You work in a solution-oriented manner and combine team spirit with a strong service mindset.
- Clear and reliable communication—both with users and within the team—is one of your strengths.
- Greek as your native language and very good English skills round off your profile.
