Your impact

• In your first year, you will dive deep into the world of SAP Authorization and gradually acquire the foundational skills that will turn you into a true expert in secure access management.
• Step by step, you will take on your own tasks and handle them independently — from designing and modeling roles and authorization concepts to configuring role assignments, all the way to testing, troubleshooting, and documenting your results.
• Along the way, you will gain exciting insights into the design and implementation of modern SAP security and governance structures, learning how robust authorization concepts ensure compliance, protect critical data, and enable secure, efficient business processes for customers.
• As part of our junior program, you will actively contribute to real customer projects, supported by experienced mentors.

What makes you the perfect fit

• Successful university degree in business informatics or a comparable field.
• You have already gained initial insights into the world of IT security, access management, or SAP authorizations through working student positions or internships and now want to further expand this knowledge in a targeted way. You are particularly motivated by the opportunity to work with SAP technologies to design secure authorization concepts — whether in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, or Identity and Access Management solutions.
• You bring a strong sense of curiosity and enjoyment of complex topics. You ask questions, want to understand interrelationships, and have the ability to form a structured overall picture from many details.
• Additionally, you possess strong analytical skills and therefore approach challenges in a structured manner.
• Your language skills in German and English are at C-level according to the CEFR.
• If you already have initial experience working with SAP, that is an advantage.
