Your impact
- In your first year, you will dive deep into the world of an SAP consultant and gradually acquire the fundamental skills that will turn you into a true expert.
- Step by step, you will take on your own tasks and handle them independently – from creating meaningful process diagrams to configuring customizing settings, all the way to testing and documenting your results.
- Along the way, you will gain exciting insights into the design and implementation of modern logistical business processes and learn how ideas evolve into functional solutions for customers.
- As part of our junior program, you will actively contribute to real customer projects, supported by experienced mentors.

What makes you the perfect fit
- Successful university degree in business informatics or a comparable field.
- You have already gained initial insights into the world of logistics through working student positions or internships and now want to further expand this knowledge in a targeted way. You are particularly motivated by the opportunity to connect logistical processes with SAP – whether in the SAP modules SD, MM, PM, QM, PP, or EWM.
- You bring a strong sense of curiosity and enjoyment of complex topics. You ask questions, want to understand interrelationships, and have the ability to form a structured overall picture from many details.
- In addition, you possess strong analytical skills and therefore approach challenges in a structured manner.
- Your language skills in both German and English are at C‑level according to the CEFR.
- If you already have initial experience working with SAP, that is an advantage.
