  • In your first year, you will learn all essential skills in consultancy for ERP-Systems
  • In our Junior Program, you will be accompanied by our experienced mentors and you will be able to participate as part of our team in several customer projects
  • We encourage you to be curious, to observe, make mistakes, to lean and to practice 
  • By and by, smaller tasks will be transferred to you to solve them independently e.g. develop process diagrams, customizing settings in SAP and writing documentations


  • Degree in informatics, business informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Interest in business and economic processes 
  • Fluent communications skills in English and German (CEFR C-Level)
  • Capacity for teamwork, engagement, dedication, curiosity and initiative
  • Willingness to learn how to handle implementations, adaptions and development of SAP ERP-solutions
  • Analytical abilities
