• Independent preparation of monthly payroll accounting for all consolut companies in cooperation with our external payroll service provider as well as checking and approving the payroll accounting
• You post payroll accounting and all other personnel-related business transactions for all national companies.
• You maintain the HR master data in SAP.
• You provide support with closing work, audits and statutory reports.
• You will be the contact person for employees’ payroll tax and social security issues.
• You communicate with tax offices, health insurance companies and pension funds.
• You will play an active role in optimizing internal payroll processes.

   

What makes you the perfect fit

• You have successfully completed commercial training or a comparable degree and have professional experience in payroll accounting – ideally supplemented by an additional HR-specific qualification (e.g. payroll accounting, HR specialist).
• You have knowledge of payroll tax and social security law.
• You work carefully, in a structured and discreet manner.
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system
• You are team-oriented, reliable and have a high degree of personal responsibility.
• German and English language skills at C-level
