Your impact with us

  • You prepare contract documents (offers, framework agreements, service specifications, etc.) in coordination with Key Account Management.
  • You manage and monitor the digital signature and ordering process.
  • You maintain customer master data and budgets in the SAP system.
  • You create project and pricing records in the SAP system.
  • You handle internal inquiries as well as customer requests in cooperation with the respective stakeholders.

What makes you the perfect fit

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have professional experience in internal sales, along with a good understanding of legal matters.
  • You have experience in handling contractual matters for service and work contracts as well as data processing agreements (ADV).
  • A conscientious, solution-oriented, and precise way of working is a given for you.
  • You work independently and approach information gathering proactively and carefully.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and can quickly grasp and understand complex issues.
  • You demonstrate a high level of willingness to learn and motivation for personal and professional development.
  • Your English skills are at C level according to the CEFR.
