Your impact with us

  • You continuously optimize internal service processes and implement best practices to improve service quality and efficiency in the long term.
  • You proactively ensure that the agreed service level agreements (SLAs) are adhered to in order to guarantee first-class customer satisfaction.
  • You will be responsible for the quality management of services and will create service reports.
  • You will work closely with other teams to ensure that all service requirements and IT resources are effectively coordinated and implemented.
  • You are interested in developing and maintaining internal service tools (ITSM).

What makes you the perfect fit

  • You have experience in service management and using service tools, such as ticket systems.
  • Communication is your strength: you can express yourself clearly and convincingly at all levels.
  • You have business fluent English skills at C-level (CEFR).
  • You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to continuously develop yourself.
