Your impact with us
- Support the creation and preparation of service reports and ensure the data quality and consistency across service operations.
- Assist in monitoring SLA-related data and help ensure transparency of service performance efficiency.
- Support administrative service processes, such as timesheet consolidation, reporting preparation, and billing-related activities in a reliable and structured manner.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication, efficient follow-up and seamless operational coordination.
- Maintain and support service-related tools including ticketing and reporting systems, to optimize workflow and ensure reliable data quality.
- Handle invoice-related requests and clarify invoice queries or discrepancies with customers (on First Level) and with internal business units in a professional and solution-oriented way.
What makes you the perfect fit
- You have initial experience in administrative or service-related roles (e.g. back office, service management, reporting) or a comparable background.
- Confidence in working with structured data, Microsoft Office applications, and service-related tools such as ticketing or reporting systems.
- A structured, reliable and detailed oriented way of working with a strong focus on consistency.
- Strong communication skills for effective interacting with internal teams and customers in an operational environment.
- Good written and spoken English, with confidence in working within an international setting.
