To master this challenge, you need to bring:

You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable field.

You are responsible for and actively shape operational recruiting processes and ideally have already successfully filled SAP-related roles.

With your creativity, you develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies and channels to attract talent in a targeted manner.

Team spirit, reliability, and a high level of sense of responsibility characterize your way of working.

You impress with strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a consistently service-oriented attitude toward candidates and specialist departments.

The independent preparation, conduct, and moderation of interviews in German and English are second nature to you.
