  • In discussions with the specialist department, you gain important insights that are crucial for successfully filling a position and create precise requirement profiles that inspire talents.
  • From pre-selecting applicants to coordinating interviews and moderating interviews, you will confidently manage the entire recruiting process, including contract management.
  • You look after applicants and ensure a positive, appreciative candidate journey right through to the first day of work.
  • With your creative ideas, you will be involved in our presence at university fairs.
  • You help shape our employer branding and open up new channels to find talents.

To master this challenge, you need to bring:

  • Successfully completed training or studies.
  • Experience in operational recruiting, ideally in the SAP environment.
  • Creativity for the implementation of new recruiting strategies.
  • Reliability and a sense of responsibility.
  • You have excellent communication skills and a service-oriented manner.

You can moderate interviews in German and English with ease. Knowledge of Greek would be an advantage, but is not a must.
