Both leading and trailing signs in PIC

Nachrichtenlangtext :

Cause . . . . . : A syntax error was found in the statement. A FORM statement was entered which contains an invalid PIC format specification. The PIC specification contains both leading and trailing signs. If a plus sign or minus sign is specified as the leading sign, no trailing signs are allowed.
Recovery . . . : Remove either the leading sign or the trailing sign.
