Cause . . . . . : One of the following occurred:
-- An instruction, other than WHEN or OTHERWISE, was found within a SELECT construct.
-- A WHEN construct was not found before the OTHERWISE construct, and was expected.
-- All the WHEN constructs were found to be false and an OTHERWISE construct was not present.
-- At least one WHEN construct (and possibly an OTHERWISE clause) was not found within the SELECT construct, and was expected.
-- After a WHEN keyword, the DO END keywords were not correctly placed around the following instruction construct.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and try the request again:
-- Ensure that only WHEN or OTHERWISE constructs are found within a SELECT construct.
-- Ensure that the OTHERWISE construct is preceded by a WHEN construct.
-- Ensure that an OTHERWISE construct is present when all the WHEN constructs are found to be false.
-- Ensure that at least one WHEN construct (and possibly an OTHERWISE clause) is present within each SELECT construct.
-- After a WHEN keyword, ensure that the DO and END keywords are used around the following instruction construct.
