Error in line &4: Unexpected WHEN or OTHERWISE.

Nachrichtenlangtext :

Cause . . . . . : A WHEN or an OTHERWISE keyword was found outside of a SELECT construct. It may have been in a DO END construct and caused by failing to use the END keyword, or an attempt may have been made to branch to it with a SIGNAL instruction.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and try the request again:
-- Ensure that the WHEN or the OTHERWISE keyword is used within a SELECT construct.
-- Ensure that each DO END construct contains an END keyword.
-- Ensure that you do not attempt to branch to the WHEN or OTHERWISE construct from a SIGNAL instruction.
