Environment specification is not correct for instruction.

Nachrichtenlangtext :

Cause . . . . . : An incorrect environment specification was found on an instruction. The instruction offset is &1. The stream number is &2. The reason code is &3. Possible reason codes include:
-- 3: The compiler is not targeting the correct hardware platform.
-- 5: The compiler is not targeting the correct version of the operating system.
Recovery . . . :
-- 3: Review your compiler documentation to direct it to target the correct hardware platform.
-- 5: Usually, this means that the compiler is targeting a version of the operating system that is newer than the one being used. The solution is to (1) use a compiler option to target the correct operating system version, (2) use a different compiler that targets the correct operating system version, or (3) use a different machine with the correct operating system version.
If none of the above solutions fix the problem, contact your service representative.
