The message identifier &1 on pragma exception_handler is invalid.

Nachrichtenlangtext :

Cause . . . . . : Each message identifier specified on a pragma exception_handler directive must consist of seven characters. The last four characters of each identifier must only consist of the digits 0 through 9 and the letters a through f and A through F. If the message prefix is MCH, then the message number must be in a range supported by the machine.
Recovery . . . : Change the message identifier.
