Technical description . . . . . . . . : The following table shows the network interface (NWI) identifier, maximum percent of errored seconds, the number of intervals that were above the guideline, and the date and time the maximum occurred.

One or more errors has occurred in a second on the physical interface between the network and the network termination (NT). This may result in errors being counted by data line control also (IDLC is an example of data link control) if frames were being transmitted or received during the errored second. This is especially true of errors that list line quality or line noise as possible causes. Contact your network provider if the percent of errored seconds is larger than expected.
