Technical description . . . . . . . . : The following table shows the network interface (NWI) identifier, maximum rate of rejected calls (per 15 minutes), the number of intervals that had a rate above the guideline, and the date and time the maximum rate occurred.

Insure that the configuration and subscription are correct. If the basic rate interface (BRI) is shared by two or more devices (passive bus), outgoing calls will fail when both B channels are already in use by the other devices. If this is suspected, you may want to move some of the devices to a different BRI, installing additional BRIs as needed.
