Technical description . . . . . . . . : The following table shows the pool, the maximum A->I ratio that occurred in the selected intervals, the number of intervals where the ratio exceeded the guideline, and the date and time the maximum occurred.

Active-to-ineligible transitions (A->I) indicate time slice ends, which causes those jobs to have increased response times. If you want those jobs to get better response time, increase their time slice in their class description. However, other jobs (those that do not have A->I) may experience longer response time due to this change.
Another tuning adjustment that may help is to set the system value QTSEPOOL to *BASE. This may minimize the effect on interactive response time of other interactive jobs when one interactive job is performing a long running function.
