Size exception rate exceeded guideline of &6.

Cause . . . . . : The guideline was first exceeded in the interval ending &3. The maximum rate was &2 exceptions per second and occurred in the interval ending &4. At the maximum rate, these exceptions may have used as much as &5% of the CPU. The guideline was exceeded in &1 out of &7 intervals.
Size exceptions are caused by assignment statements in application programs that result in loss of data due to the target of an assignment not being large enough to hold the data. Sometimes this is intentional by the programmer of the application. For example, to change a date format from MMDDYY to YYMMDD, programmers sometimes multiply by 10000.01. However, this technique causes a size exception.
Recovery . . . : If the CPU is (or may be) a bottleneck, you may want to consider changing the program that is causing these exceptions. Change the programs to avoid using variables that are too small for the values that are moved into them. For the date conversion example, explicitly move the YY and MMDD portions of the date to the format you require.
