Cause . . . . . : The following table lists the pool identifier, suggested time slice values, the number of currently active interactive jobs and the interval that had the highest activity.

An appropriate time slice was estimated using the formula
Time_Slice = 3 x Average_CPU_Per_Transaction
The time slice can be set in the CLASSes referred to in the SUBSYSTEM DESCRIPTION's ROUTING ENTRIES. A time slice value lower than the current value may improve overall system performance by giving other waiting jobs access to the processing unit more frequently.
Setting system value QTSEPOOL to *BASE may help minimize the effect on interactive response time of other interactive jobs when one interactive job is performing a long running, processing unit intensive function Refer to the Performance Tuning Section of the Work Management book, SC41-3306.
