Cause . . . . . : The following table lists the MRT job, the count of the intervals with high termination/initiation activity, the number of termination/initiation restarts, the maximum restarts and the number of minutes, and the interval this maximum occurred.

If response time for users of this MRT job are excessive at times, it could be due to delays during job initiation. Consider setting a MRT delay for all non-NEP MRT jobs to 60 seconds. Be aware that a MRT delay may not be appropriate in every case and may cause problems with some jobs.
