Cause . . . . . :
These are the transactions with the highest short wait and short wait extended times. Short waits are normally associated with Display file processing or communications activity. Short Wait Extended time occurs when short waits exceed 2 seconds and the job loses its activity level.
High utilization of Communications IOP or communications line can increase the waiting time for line I/O completion. The peak utilization may not be apparent if it occurs for a small portion of the sample interval.

Check the IOP and line utilization for the communications line associated with the job with high short wait/short wait extended times.
Technical description . . . . . . . . :
The average short wait time per interactive transaction is &6 seconds and the average short wait extended time per interactive transaction is &7 seconds for the selected intervals.
The following table shows the job name, job user, short wait time in seconds, short wait extended time in seconds, and the transaction start time.
