These are the transactions with the highest DDM wait times. The transaction is waiting for the target system to respond to a request for data. The DDM wait time includes communications line time and the time spent by the target system responding to the request for data.
Recovery . . . :

Check the IOP and line utilization for the communications line associated with high DDM wait times.
Technical description . . . . . . . . :
The average DDM wait time per interactive transaction in the selected intervals is &6 seconds.
The following table shows the job name, job user, response time in seconds, DDM wait time in seconds, and the transaction start time.
