Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- The ISDN network equipment or the remote DTE may not be operating correctly, or may have been temporarily busy, and could not respond to frames sent by the local system.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message because your line is operational. You may change the frequency of occurrence of this message by adjusting the value of the THRESHOLD parameter, using the CHGLINIDLC command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The following table shows the line and network interface (NWI) identifiers, maximum rate of retransmitted frames (frames per 15 minutes), the number of intervals that had a retransmission rate above the guideline, and the date and time the maximum rate occurred.

The number of retransmitted frames that occurred during a specified time period exceeded the limit and caused this message to be displayed. This could be caused by the remote having exited a busy condition and is now accepting retransmitted frames, the remote has rejected the send sequence count sent by the local system, probably due to lost frames, or the remote is not responding to poll frames.
