Cause . . . . . : There is no sort sequence associated with that CCSID.
Recovery . . . : Change the locale source file CCSID.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The compiler does not process this command, but continues to compile the remainder of the source file. If compiler errors occur, the locale description object is not created.
