Purpose

You can use this utility program to automatically update shadow item/assignments for application document items.

Selection

In the system, shadow items and assignments are created based on the following criteria:

• The system checks for existence of shadow items and assignments. In case, shadow items or assignments are missing, they are automatically created.

• In case, shadow items are missing, and assignments exist, the assignments are deleted and recreated.

• In case, an assignment is missing for an application document, the contract in LDC is used to create the assignment between the application document and pricing contract. However, if the LDC does not have any pricing contract associated to it, the assignment is not created between the application document and contract.

• In case, shadow items are missing, but assignment exists, automatic creation of shadow items is not performed, and the utility report ends with an error message.

In the selection screen, enter the Application Document Numberand Item Number. Based on these inputs, the shadow document and assignments will be created for logistical trading contract, sales/purchase contract, and application document items.

Example

On executing this program, results of successful/failed updates of shadow item/assignment will be displayed in the application log.
