Purpose

You can use this report to control the deletion of trading contract data from the archive files. This delete report selects archive files that are past the retention period and deletes the data such that it can no longer be retrieved. The retention period rules are maintained in SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM).

Integration

Prerequisites

  • You must define the residence period and retention period policies for ILM object /ACCGO/DPP (Transaction IRMPOL).
  • Access to the delete report is provided through standard authorization object S_ARCHIVE.
  • You should schedule an archiving job using transaction SARA to execute this report.
