Purpose

You can use this report to identify the trading contracts to be archived. The report updates the Date of Last Change and sets the Status to Ready for Archiving for the eligible trading contracts. This enables you to review the trading contracts prior to archiving them.

The eligibility criteria for marking a trading contract as Ready for Archiving is:

  • All application documents have Status of Finally Applied.
  • Settlement Status of Revenue Recognized.
  • Residence Period is Expired as defined in SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) (transaction IRMPOL).
  • Trading contract has no open follow-on documents.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • You must define the residence period and retention period policies for ILM object /ACCGO/DPP.
  • Access to the preprocess report is provided through standard authorization object S_ARCHIVE.
  • You should schedule an archiving job using transaction SARA to execute this report.
