Purpose

You can use this report to read trading contract data from the archive files. This enables you to access data that has been archived but is not yet past the retention period as defined in SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) (Transaction IRMPOL).

Integration

Prerequisites

  • You must define the residence period and retention period policies for ILM object /ACCGO/DPP.
  • Access to the read report is provided through standard authorization object S_ARCHIVE.
  • You should schedule an archiving job using transaction SARA to execute this report.
