Purpose
This program allows you to migrate values of the raw quantity field (ASSGD_QUAN)to the decimal quantity field (ASSGD_QUAN_DEC)in the assignment distribution (/ACCGO/T_ASG_DIS)table. This migration program is intended to be executed only once, and should be executed when all the users are locked, which is, immediately after the installation of the add-on.
Integration
Prerequisites
- You have assigned the required authorization object (/ACCGO/UTL) to your user for executing this migration program.
- You have updated the /ACCGO/UTLauthorization object with the /ACCGO/USC field value as 21for the assignment distribution table.
Selection
- This program can only be executed in the background mode. However, the simulation mode is executed in the foreground.
- Only those records will be updated where the ASSGD_QUAN_DECfield is empty, and the ASSGD_QUANfield has some value.
Standard Variants
Output
- If you are executing this report in the online mode, the detailed logs are displayed and saved as SLG1 logs.
- If the report is running as a batch job, a spool for the results is generated. This spool mainly contains the SLG1 logs.
Activities
In order to run this program, perform the following steps:
- Enter the size of the package in the Package Sizefield.
- If you want to check behavior of the entered data, you can run this program in the Simulatemode.
- If the Simulatecheckbox is marked, the application logs will be displayed but no data will be updated in the backend tables.
Note: If the Simulatecheckbox is not marked, a job needs to be scheduled to update the table records.
