This XPRA is written to copy value of quantity fields in
various ACM table to new fields in decimal format.
Earlier these quantities were stored in RAW format which
cannot be used in CDS calculation, so we need to add new fields
with DEC format.
Following table are involved in this conversion
1. WB2_D_SHD_ITEM
2. WB2_D_ASSGMT
3. /ACCGO/T_APPDATA
4. /ACCGO/T_APPDATA
