Purpose

This report is outdated. Please use report /AIF/CONTENT_EXTRACT instead.

This report does not do a COMMIT WORK itself. Please just call this report with SUBMIT and do a COMMIT WORK from your calling program.

You use this program to extract and deploy content of SAP Application Interface Framework that has been transported from another system.

According to a deployment scenario, the program deploys Customizing and configuration data of one or several AIF interfaces.

The program overwrites existing content.

Integration

This program can deploy AIF content that was collected and compressed using transaction /AIF/CONTENT_COMP.

Prerequisites

A transport must have arrived in this system containing AIF content assigned to the deployment scenario you are entering.

Features

Selection

  • No automatic registration: The extracted deployment scenario is not registered in the table /AIF/ICD_L_ACT_D. This causes, that automatic extraction takes place by after import method, when a new version arrives the system.
  • Test Mode: this option is not supported anymore.

Standard Variants

Output

To see the result of this report, please go into the application log (transaction slg1) and select for object /AIF/LOG . and sub object /AIF/ICD.
