You use this report to generate database tables from the RAW structure of an SAP Application Interfavce Framework interface. Once generated, the tables are used as structured persistence layer for storing messages of this interface.
You can influence the behavior of this report by setting some general parameters. To do so, choose the Settings button. You can specify name of the parameter name, its value, and define wether it is active or not. The following parameters are available:
- MAX_NUM_OF_COLUMNS_PER_DBTAB: Defines how many columns are allowed for one database table.
- MAX_NUM_OF_STR_COLS_PER_DBTAB: Defines how many columns with datatype string are allowed for one database table.
Integration
To enable your interface for the structured persistence, you also need to define the following engines for it in Customizing:
- Application Engine: Structured Persistence
- Persistence Engine: Structured Persistence
- Selection Engine: Structured Persistence
- Logging Engine: AIF Application Log
