Purpose

You use this report to activate, change, or close the business space for a company code. Note that when you close a business space, you can no longer use it for your company operations.

To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Logistics-> Sales and Distribution-> Billing -> Billing Document-> Country-Specifics-> Croatia-> Send Business Space Data to CIS.

Integration

Prerequisites

Ensure that you have performed the following settings:

  • Created business spaces in Customizing for Sales and Distribution, under Billing -> Billing Documents -> Country-specific Features -> Country-specific Features for Croatia -> Define Business Places.
  • Defined the country key in Customizing for SAP NetWeaver, under General Settings -> Set Countries -> Define Countries in mySAP Systems.
  • Activated the company code for fiscalization using the OBY6 transaction.

Features

Selection

On the selection screen, in the Selection Criteria group box, enter the company code and business space code details.

Standard Variants

Output

Based on what settings you make on the selection screen, the report displays the list of business spaces that match the user selection.

In addition to this, you can also perform the following functions:

  • Choose the Activate Business Space pushbutton to register the register the business space with web service. By registering the business space, a company can send invoices for fiscalization via this business space.
  • Choose the Close Business Space pushbutton to deregister an already registered business space
  • Choose the Change Business Space changes pushbutton to make changes to an existing business space.
