Purpose
This report deletes all employee-related information from the InfoCube /CPD/PFP_R01, for an employee whose master record is no more valid or no longer exists in the HR master. You can use this report to implement data privacy guidelines in Project Cost and Revenue Planning(CA-CPD-FP).
To check the HR master, the report uses employee information in the InfoCube. If the HR master does not have the information for an employee, the report deletes all plan data for the corresponding employee.
Note
Since the InfoCube /CPD/PFP_R01 is enabled for real-time planning, employee master data that is present in the InfoCube cannot be deleted. Hence, the system allows you to continue planning for such employees that no longer exist in the HR master. Such newly created plan data for an employee will persist in the InfoCube until the report is run again.
