Purpose
You can use this report (/CPD/R_AVR_MIGRATE_KEYFIG_CONF) to migrate the following configuration settings used for analytics in Commercial Project Management:
- Key figure and key figure element assignments, maintained in the Customizing activity Define Key Figure Elements
- Mapping between resource types and key figure elements, maintained in the Customizing activity Map Actual Records to Cost and Revenue Characteristics
This report migrates data from the above Customizing activities to the new Customizing activity Define Key Figure Elements and Resource Types.
Recommendation: As of SAP S/4HANA 1809 FPS01, the new Customizing activity is the single reference for analytics and reports in Commercial Project Management. Hence, it is recommended that you first migrate your existing settings before enhancing the new Customizing activity with additional settings.

You can execute this report in the following modes:
- Test Mode
- It is recommended that you first execute this report in the test mode to ensure data consistency and error-free checks before the actual migration. Any inconsistent data that cannot be migrated is captured in an application log. This log can be used to correct the inconsistencies in the existing settings, before the final migration takes place.
- Production Mode
- Select this mode to migrate existing settings to the new configuration.
- When you select this mode, the Lock in Transport Request indicator is also set by default to ensure that the migrated data is captured in a transport request. If you do not select this option, then data is migrated from the source tables, without being saved in a transport request.
