/FRE/DB_DEL_RECLIST - Deletion of Mass Maintenance Recovery Lists Entries

Purpose

This transaction deletes entries from the recovery lists of the mass maintenance programs for:

• Location products (transaction /fre/mass_matloc)

• Locations (transaction /fre/mass_loc)

• Transportation lanes for products (/fre/mass_trprod)

• Transportation lanes for subranges (/fre/mass_trprod2).

Features

You can select the recovery list to be deleted by:

• Range of programs
  The F4 help shows the possible input values. If you do not enter a program, the system includes all programs.

• Range of users
  If you do not enter a user, the system includes all users.

• Valid From date and time
  If you do not enter a Valid From date, the system uses the earliest date.
  If you do not enter a Valid From time, the system uses 00:00:00.

• Valid To date and time
  If you do not enter a Valid To date, the system uses the current date.
  If you do not enter a Valid To time, the system uses 23:59:59.

You can also select the types of recovery lists to be deleted:

• Recovery list entries where no errors occurred during mass maintenance
  (shown with a green traffic light in the Recovery List screen)

• Recovery list entries where an error has been reprocessed
  (shown with a yellow traffic light in the Recovery List screen)

• Recovery list entries where an error still exists
  (shown with a red traffic light in the Recovery List screen)

Before deleting the recovery list entries, the system displays a confirmation box with the number of entries to be deleted.

If you select the Test run option, only the number of entries to be deleted is shown.
