/ISDFPS/MPAEXPGEN - Generate Provisions and Equipment Packages from Consumption Data

Purpose

The report determines the material consumption for force elements within a given period. It is determined using the unique assignment of plant-storage location.

With the default settings, only consumption that was posted with reference to materials that are also assigned to a material package is included in the evaluation.

Integration

You can generate provisions and equipment packages (iPPE objects) from the report. The calculated consumption quantities are the basis for the material quantities in the package. These can be copied 1:1 or recalculated for a longer or shorter period automatically.

Example:

Calculation for the selection period of 100 days is 100 units

However, generation should be for 50 days only: 50 units.

Prerequisites

You have maintained the Customizing table for "Movement Types: Material Consumption". In this table, you specify which movement types are evaluated in the report as "consumption".

Alternatively, you can also enter relevant movement types on the selection screen under "Material Options" and save them permanently using a selection variant.
