Purpose

To allow admin to delete all notifications and related metadata of a user.

Deletes cache for a user

Clear notifications and metadata for a particular user

This deletes all notifications based on user id and timestamp. It deletes entries from notification and its dependent tables such as, notification sensitive, non-sensitive property and navigation parameters.

Note: If any notification of the user is sent to other recipients, only Recipient table record for the user is deleted.

Clear related metadata

This deletes all notifications and related metadata of a user.

For unused notification types, it deletes the dependent tables such as, notification text, action, action text and settings.

Delete undelivered data

This deletes records that were not delivered by enabling the do not deliver option.

Clear notifications and metadata for all users

This deletes all the notifications for all users.

Note: If user selects Clear related metadata or Delete undelivered data option, the metadata will be deleted only if /IWNGW/NTYP_SETN table has no entries for that type_id.
