Purpose

Screen Personas administrator users can use this transaction to manage the configuration and perform maintenance activities.

The following activities can be performed:

• Flavor Maintenance

• Assign systems to the flavor.

• Assign users to the flavor.

• Assign groups to the flavor.

• Media File Maintenance

• Maintain media files and to make media files available to all users

• Shortlink Maintenance

• Maintain shortlink URLs and create new shortlinks based on system, transaction and flavor.

• Transport Objects

• Transport Personas groups, flavors and media files to another system in the system landscape.

• Control ID Overwrite Rules Maintenance

• Maintain control ID overwrite rules and create new rules.

• User Maintenance

• Assign groups, systems and Personas role to a user.

• Mass User Maintenance

• Assign system and Personas role to multiple users.

• Group Maintenance

• Assign systems, flavors and users to a group.

• Share flavors to a group.

• Mass Group Maintenance

• Synchronize users of PFCG roles with users of Personas groups.

• Assign default system and Personas role to Personas groups.

• Control Specific Profile Settings Maintenance

• Maintain control properties for a specific control for a group or user.

• Type Specific Profile Settings Maintenance

• Maintain control properties for a specific control type for a group or user

• Global Text Replacement Maintenance

• Maintain text replacements for a group or user.

• Prepare for Translation

• Create OTR translation objects for text properties of controls.

• Cleanup Translation Objects

• Cleanup OTR translation objects for deleted flavors.

• Export Flavors

• Export flavors to a Personas file.

• Import Flavors

• Import flavors from a Personas file.

• Configuration Check

• Validate configuration of the Personas and target systems.

• Compress Flavors

• Compress flavors by removing undo history.
