Purpose

This report enables you to display and update information about request agents from the database (/PF1/DB_REQ_AGNT).

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

• You can display request agents based on specific selection criteria.

• You can manually close request agents, for example, if they contain errors. You can manually close a request agent only once by choosing the corresponding button from the application toolbar.

• You can change the notes on the Basic Datatab page.
  
  Note:
  The system logs these changes. To call up the change documents, choose Extras -> Change Documents from the application toolbar.

Selection

On the initial screen, you can specify criteria for the request agents that you want to display from the database.

Standard Variants

Output

The left-hand screen area displays a hierarchy of requests according to status and according to whether the requests are active recalls or passive recalls.

• If you update the notes on the Basic Data tab page, the system updates the database.

• If you manually close a request agent, the status of the request changes to Manually Closed in the database.

Activities

Example

You can use this report as part of the active and passive recall of SEPA credit transfers.
